Commitment to Community
We have a long history of supporting nonprofit organizations through corporate giving, employee volunteerism and employee giving. Our Growing Communities program enables us to engage our employees and make meaningful contributions to support the communities where we live and work in the U.S., aiming to build deep, impactful relationships with our community partners.

At the heart of our approach is the belief that access to nutritious food is fundamental to overall health and well-being. Our "Food is Health" initiative underscores the critical role that healthy diets play in improving health, reducing healthcare costs and fostering sustainable futures for communities.
Research shows that when the quality of nutrition improves, healthcare expenses decrease significantly, highlighting the complementary relationship between nutritious food and modern medicine. We work with partners that provide nutritious, culturally appropriate and medically tailored food to those who need it most. This approach not only helps reduce the healthcare burden of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, and certain cancers but also enhances mental health and overall well-being.
Our commitment extends beyond immediate relief; we aim to build long-term, sustainable solutions that empower communities to thrive. Through innovative access approaches, including urban farms, nonprofit grocery stores, and food banks, we work to ensure that no individual or family goes hungry, regardless of their location or income level. Together, we are setting a table for all, fostering healthier lives, and building stronger, more resilient communities.
Quality science education has the power to transform communities for the long-term, by providing opportunities for financial stability, economic growth and the ability to tackle societal challenges. Our "Building STEM Foundations" initiative emphasizes the importance of equitable access to quality math education, recognizing that math is the language of science. Unfortunately, students from historically marginalized communities often lack access to quality math education.
To address this disparity, our partners focus on K-12 math education, aiming to increase proficiency and confidence in the subject while making it fun, attainable and a lifelong skill for all students, regardless of where they come from. By investing in early intervention and preparedness for a science- and technology-driven future, we support the next generation's economic mobility, workforce preparedness and increased representation in the STEM space.
Our commitment extends beyond immediate educational support; we aim to build long-term, sustainable solutions that empower students to thrive and contribute to their communities. Together, we are fostering a brighter future through education, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed and make a meaningful impact on the world.
